Mountain Hospice offers a way of caring for the terminally ill that helps them live their final days to the fullest, as free as possible from disabling pain and mental anguish, and usually in the comfort of their own homes.  Hospice takes care of the whole person:  physical, spiritual, and emotional.  Hospice also understands that the family needs help in coping; therefore, the well being of the family plays an important role in hospice.  Mountain Hospice serves patients and families in the patient's home as well as in nursing homes.
